Fence estimates
priced per foot, before you drive out.

Half the estimates you drive to never buy, because the homeowner had no idea what a fence costs. Show the range first.

How it works

  1. The customer picks the job: wood privacy, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, a repair or a gate
  2. They enter the fence length in feet (or the gate opening)
  3. They add what applies: tear-out of the old fence, a walk gate, a double drive gate, stain
  4. They see a price range from your rates, and you get the lead with the type, the feet, the extras and the range they saw

Your prices, priced the way you think

Each fence type has a starting price that covers the first 50 feet (your trip, layout, and the post holes every fence needs) and a rate per foot after that. With sample rates of $2,000 plus $30 a foot, 150 feet of wood privacy comes to $5,000 and 200 feet to $6,500. Gates, tear-out and stain are add-ons with your own prices. Why it matters

A fence estimate takes an hour with the drive. When the customer saw the range before you came, the visit is about the gate location and the start date, not about sticker shock.

Frequently asked questions

Can the customer measure the fence line on a map?

Not yet. The map tool measures areas, not lines, so the customer enters the length in feet. Most homeowners know it within 10 or 20 feet, and you confirm it when you walk the line.
